Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. Thanks for the prompt response. XLSB file that I recently created appears to be triggering the problem. That file only has a couple of macros that I've created for general use and there's nothing in them that is obviously directly related to the problem I'm seeing. Removing that file appears microsof allow the /65649.txt to work properly again.
Obviously, removing that file is not the ideal solution for me. Any ideas on what to do from here? It appears to me that there is some defect in Excel that I've encountered. That worked Vijay. Buttons are behaving normally again and my personal.

After a week of working normally, the buttons on my spreadsheet have started playing up again. Every time I click a button, the font of the button gets a bit smaller. I've tried your idea of activating and deactivating the addins. Will have to give it a few days to see redponding this resolves the issue.
